Take your writing out of Lore Book as Markdown from any major lore detail screen.
Steps
You do
Open the detail screen for the item you want.
You do
Tap Export to Markdown from the export row on the page or the ⋯ menu in the header.
Benefit
Copy markdown and paste into Notes, a repo, Google Docs, an AI tool, or a backup folder.
