Memories

Distilled highlights you choose to keep: title, summary, era, and a traceable trail of sources.

Instructions

How to save and shape stored lore.

You do

Accept recap highlights

After Extract, open your recap and review Memory suggestions. Tap a suggestion to preview linked moments, then Add to lore to save it, or Ignore to dismiss permanently.

You do

Or create your own

From Explore and create on Past, start a Memory discovery chat to talk through what you want to save, or fill in the manual form with a title, summary, and life era.

What happens

Lore takes shape

Each memory gets a title, summary, optional cover, and a Sources section. Discovery chat auto-fills people, places, and themes; recap suggestions link back to the recap and its moments.

Benefit

A timeline you can navigate

Memories appear on Past beside recaps and stories. Open Lore timeline to browse by life era, or search to find them by meaning and select them as context for a new story.

Interactions

How memories connect across your story.

Recaps

Extract proposes memory suggestions from your recent captures. Accepting creates a memory linked to the recap and its moments.

Moments

Moments reach memories through recap suggestions, you can preview each linked capture before saving. Accepted memories keep those moments as sources.

Stories

Select memories in Search before starting a story discovery chat. Their titles, summaries, and nested sources inform the narrative you build.
